Osaka!

Now I came to my home town, Osaka. I ate a lot of sashimi (raw fish) at my home.. The weather is very cold here for me and my condition is not so good. I miss the hot weather in Malaysia now..

The Clock

This clock is at my home town in Osaka. I heard that it is already more than 40 year old but still working.. Maybe I can inherit it from my father in the future.

Today's lunch at Hakata (博多). I love this kind of Tonkotsu Ramen (pork). Very oily and served with many garlic.

We invited the Malaysian Professors to Fukuoka, Japan. The nightscape from the hotel was very nice. This is from the top of the hotel, Japanese Sushi restaurant.

I went to the mosque at Shah Alam. It is called "Blue Mosque" with my customers and very bid and famous.

Today's dinner at Italian restaurant in Bangser. With my customer, Professor from Japan. We enjoyed wine and the Italian food.

I love vegitables very much. My most favorite ones are asparagus and eggplant. I always order these vegies.

KHANA PEENA at Mont Kiara

Today's lunch at KHANA PEENA, Mont Kiara. I think this is the most reasonable price lunch for me. You can choose 2 types of curry. I always choose spinach and prawn.

锅贴儿 (baked 餃子)

I very very wonder why it's difficult to find 锅贴儿 (baked 餃子) in KL. I can only find 水餃子 or flied one.. In Japan, baked 餃子 is very common. We don't eat 水餃子 in Japan. I'm not so happy that I can not find 锅贴儿 at hawker center.. Especially, 锅贴儿 is good with beer, not 水餃子..

Lately I was very busy for working and was stressed out.. Sometimes I listen to the classical guitar music for relaxing. Andrew York's "Denouement" is very good. I recommend it all the persons who are stressed out..

Vegetable Juice

I stop drinking alcohol since end of last year so now I drink tea, coffee and Vegetable juice. This is my recipe that put in 2 drops of Tabasco and Kuching pepper to Vegetable juice.
