I very very wonder why it's difficult to find 锅贴儿 (baked 餃子) in KL. I can only find 水餃子 or flied one.. In Japan, baked 餃子 is very common. We don't eat 水餃子 in Japan. I'm not so happy that I can not find 锅贴儿 at hawker center.. Especially, 锅贴儿 is good with beer, not 水餃子..
