Watery Curry Rice On My Birth Day

It's my birth day today. I went to the Japanese restaurant, Shin-ichi (進一） at Plaza Mont Kiara. But the curry was very watery and not so good taste.. I don't know why.. Sometimes I come here and think other menu should be ok..

North Korean Restaurant

Today's dinner! I went to North Korean restaurant in Kuala Lumpur with my customers. It's a first time to go to a North Korea restaurant. (I have been to South Korea restaurant so many times.) I found that North Korean Kimuch is not so spicy compare to South one.

Roast Pork (Char-Siew) at Armada Hotel

The meat literally melts in your mouth. The outer layer of the char-siew is coated with perfectly roasted caramel sauce which makes it a little sticky. It's very good with beer!

Today's lunch at KHANA PEENA, Mont Kiara. I think this is the most reasonable price lunch for me. You can choose 2 types of curry. I always choose spinach and prawn.

锅贴儿 (baked 餃子)

I very very wonder why it's difficult to find 锅贴儿 (baked 餃子) in KL. I can only find 水餃子 or flied one.. In Japan, baked 餃子 is very common. We don't eat 水餃子 in Japan. I'm not so happy that I can not find 锅贴儿 at hawker center.. Especially, 锅贴儿 is good with beer, not 水餃子..

Vegetable Juice

I stop drinking alcohol since end of last year so now I drink tea, coffee and Vegetable juice. This is my recipe that put in 2 drops of Tabasco and Kuching pepper to Vegetable juice.
